Fatwa of Ankara : ウィキペディア英語版 | Fatwa of Ankara
The Fatwa of Ankara was a fatwa declared by the mufti of Ankara, Rifat Börekçi, as a counter fatwa and it was signed by hundreds of clergy members across Anatolia and declared the sheik ul-Islam's earlier fatwa as null and void. Earlier Sheikh ul-Islam Dürrizade Abdullah based in İstanbul had issued a fatwa on 1920, Apr 10 under Allied pressure to qualify the Turkish Revolutionaries as infidels, calling for the death of its leaders. ==Sources== 〔
